If You’re Too Scared To Get Tattoos, Beyoncé Has A Style Solution For You

Beyoncé slays all day, that much is clear. The pop star doesn’t mess around when it comes to beauty, hair and fashion, which means she’s almost never photographed wearing the same thing twice. And why would she? When you’re Queen Bey, the entire fashion world is drooling over the idea of dressing you and your bootylicious body.

In her most recent visual album, Lemonade, Beyoncé wears no fewer than 15 different hairstyles and displays an almost chameleon-like taste for trying on different visual aesthetics. It makes sense, too, since musicians have to near-constantly evolve in order to keep audiences coming back.

When it comes to tattoos, Beyoncé’s no newbie. She and hubby Jay Z famously inked “IV” on their ring fingers to commemorate their wedding anniversary (April 4), birthdays (September 4 and December 4, respectively) and lucky number. Whether or not she’s gradually removing that tattoo is an entirely more suspect topic.

But, at an after-party for the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) awards in June, Bey tried on a full body tattoo look. Thankfully, it was temporary, and probably in celebration of her winning the coveted CFDA Fashion Icon award.

In a GIF posted to her Tumblr, the pop queen’s seen breaking it down in a manner that can only be described as disgustingly photogenic. Does this woman never have cellulite or a double chin? Just once, I ask you. That full-body, brilliantly colored tattoo suit she’s wearing (layered under an effortless tee and ripped shorts, of course) comes from DSquared2.

If that name in connection with Bey seems familiar, it’s because the brand is responsible for the black satin bustier Beyoncé wore to open the Formation tour — tattoo lace bodysuit and all. Matching oversized hat, included.

Bey’s not the only celebrity to try out the tattoo suits, either. Khloé Kardashian wore a tribal print bodysuit for her now-canceled talk show “Kocktails With Khloé,” Kylie Jenner wore a similar style in a photo shoot and even Ciara picked up a printed piece for a Vanity Fair Italia spread.

It’s an easy way to show off a killer body without, you know, actually being naked. While other women wore their suits as a statement piece, Bey’s the only one so far to try and pass it off as real ink.

While this exact DSquared2 suit is sold out (call it the Beyoncé effect), you’ve got two options in order to mimic the style. Either try out Bey’s flash tattoo collection or opt for a budget version.
